Once an order has been submitted, it moves into the production phase. There is no guarantee that the order can be adjusted once the initial order is placed. The employee would need to immediately contact Rad Wear at info@radwear.com to check on the status of the order. It is very important for the employee to double-check their size, shipping address, and order information prior to submitting the order.
Product customization is currently unavailable.
Size charts are available for each product to ensure correct sizing is ordered. Please refer to the chart on the item you are interested in to confirm your correct size.
- Packages 9 lbs. and under will ship through USPS.
- Packages over 9 lbs. will ship through UPS.
Turnaround time depends on the product supplier and delivery carrier; however, we estimate that most products should arrive within two weeks.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products in the order.
Once the item has been produced and tracking is generated from the factory, the tracking information will be provided to the employee via Shopify.
Our UF Health Merch Shop items are custom-made to order. Unless there is a manufacturing error, defective product, or damaged item, there are no returns.
